Warm coffee and cloudy days get me all sorts of 🥰 inside. I've been in a serious funk this week! I got very little making done, have been extremely tired and to top it off I had a growing list of emails I had been putting off sending which was adding to my anxiety. Yesterday I set the intention to get those pesky emails off my plate and today I feel sooooo much lighter. It's funny how we can sometimes be the cause of our own stress and not even realize it until we have a "DUH" moment. Is there anything you've been putting off that you can take care of today or do you usually stay on top of things?? Let me know below👇

There is always room for growth and improvment but it is important to do it from a place of love and acceptance. Things I've been focusing on lately are: 👉 Being consistant with journaling and meditation in my morning routine. When I'm rushed meditation ends up taking a back seat until later in the day which definitely throws me off.
👉Letting go of fear and negative thoughts. I'm taking active steps to improve in these areas including courses and putting in the work every day.
👉Getting out in nature everyday, even if it's just a short hike.

We all have the ability to create love and warmth through gratitude. Over the weekend Marcus and I took a quick trip up to Ojai and I couldn't help but feel extreme gratitude for this life. I am grateful for the rain and our green mountains. I am grateful my friends and family that love me unconditionally and for my partner who is just the best person ever! I am grateful for myself and my awareness and presence. I am grateful for my continual growth and my ability to see where I'd still like to grow but to love those parts of me anyway. I am grateful for @melissa.moffet 's course, Worthy, that is helping me become the best version of myself. I am grateful that I have a roof over my head and food in my belly, for so many in LA that is not the case which is a terrible reality. I am so so so grateful.
